Unveiling the Impact of Mentorship, Job Rotation, Motivation, and Incentives on Organizational Performance

Areeba Saif, Asif Awan, and Syeda Parsa Faiz from the Department of Economics and Business Management at the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences delve into the dynamics of organizational performance in their study titled “Impact of Job Rotation, Mentoring, Motivation, and Incentives.”

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how mentoring, job rotation, motivation, and incentives collectively influence organizational performance. The literature review emphasizes the pivotal role these factors play in enhancing the quality of task processes, ultimately contributing to the overall improvement of organizational performance.

The study employs a quantitative approach, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 270 respondents, achieving a commendable response rate of 76%.
